About the Program

What is The Four Expressions?

It’s an experiential self-discovery practice, not a course of ideas to learn. It’s built on the understanding that four levels of consciousness — Divine, Soul, Mind, and Brain — are constantly expressing themselves as the energy behind your daily experience. The practice trains you to recognize and shift between these levels using a simple physical anchor: your fingers.

Is this a religion or a therapy program?

Neither. It is a practice of self-discovery only. We don’t tell anyone how to think, act, believe or what their inner self should be like. The practice is built to sit underneath any existing belief systems and support what is in you rather than compete with it. Spiritual, scientific, secular, or religious, the practice doesn’t ask you to adopt new doctrine or diagnose anything. It’s a repeatable exercise that simply trains the brain to become a receptor and listen rather than a megaphone.

What does “Expression” mean here?

Instead of treating consciousness as a fixed concept, the program treats it as something that flows and expresses itself — the way water expresses itself as a river versus a wave. Divine, Soul, Mind, and Brain are four distinct expressions of that same underlying energy, each with its own “flavor.” And, within each of is, the combination of these expressions reveal themselves as our authentic nature and personality. This practice is simply designed to allow us to discover the fullness that lies within each of us.

Why fingers?

Your fingertips carry the densest concentration of touch-sensitive nerve cells in your body and occupy a disproportionately large share of your brain’s sensory map. Squeezing a specific fingernail while asking a specific question builds a fast, physical shortcut — a neuro-anchor — into that expression, the same way any repeated practice builds a habit loop.

The Core Practice

What is Squeeze… Ask… Listen… (SAL)?

It’s the three-step loop at the center of everything in the program:

  1. Squeeze the fingernail tied to the expression you’re shifting into (index = Divine, middle = Soul, ring = Mind, pinky = Brain).
  2. Ask the suggested question for that expression, wholeheartedly.
  3. Listen without judging or analyzing what comes back.

You repeat the loop — not just once — until something clear or notable arrives.

What are the Three Rules of Engagement?

  • Suspend disbelief — set logical doubt aside long enough to actually engage.
  • Remove expectations — be a receptor, not a broadcaster. You’re listening, not performing.
  • Withhold judgment — labeling a response “good,” “bad,” “real,” or “not real” turns the experience into an evaluation instead of a practice.

Why does the order matter — Divine to Brain, not Brain to Divine?

Most default approaches to growth start with the Brain trying to reason or will its way upward — which the program describes as effortful and circular. This practice reverses that: it invites the higher expressions (Divine, Soul, Mind) to flow downward into the Brain, so the Brain’s job shifts from controlling to simply receiving and then acting on what arrives.

Do I need to meditate for a long time for this to work?

No. Each level has a short, repeatable video/audio loop, and the exercise itself can be done anywhere — sitting, standing, walking, even mid-conversation — for as long as it takes to get a clear response.

What if I don’t get an answer right away?

That’s normal and part of the design. You simply repeat the loop. The practice values the asking and listening itself, not forcing a result on a schedule.

Target Practices (Spirituality, Wealth, Sobriety)

What is a “Target Practice”?

A Target Practice takes the same Divine → Soul → Mind → Brain structure and SAL loop and re-focuses the questions on a specific area of life. Spirituality, Wealth, and Sobriety are the three currently active.

Do I need to complete the Core Practice before trying a Target Practice?

No — the Core Practice and the Target Practices use the same mechanic, just with different questions. You can go straight to whichever one matches what you’re working through right now.

How is the Wealth Target Practice different from typical “manifestation” content?

It draws a clear line between wealth (money and material assets) and prosperity (a state of well-being and alignment). The practice is about uncovering how wealth and prosperity already want to express themselves through you — not forcing an outcome by copying someone else’s path.

Is the Sobriety Target Practice a replacement for a recovery program or clinical treatment?

No. It’s designed to work alongside existing recovery approaches as a pattern-interrupter — something to use in the moment a craving or spiral starts, to shift out of looping Brain-level thinking. It isn’t a substitute for professional treatment, and if you’re in an active crisis, please reach out to a licensed provider or crisis line first.

Will more Target Practices be added?

Yes — Relationships, Artistic expression, Athletic performance, Trauma, Parenting, and others are planned as the program grows.

Using the Website & Journal

Do I need to pay to use the Core Practice?

No — The basics of the Core Practive are laid out in the Sample Meditation Loops on the home page along with Instructions so that anyone can practice on their own. This is intentional: the practice is the heart of the program and shouldn’t be gated. If price is ever an issue for joining, please contact us.

What does membership include?

Membership includes all the meditative video & audio loops, all the features of the website such as the Epiphany Journal which keeps a private record of your entries and access to the Sanctuary Rooms-A video community room where membes silently practice one of the Four Expressions with the company of others, anonomously. An Online Course is being considered and we will probaly make it a one time purchase.

What’s the Epiphany Journal?

A private space to save what comes up during your SAL sessions. You can always save a session in the moment; browsing your saved history is part of membership.

Can I do one-on-one coaching without a subscription?

Yes — coaching sessions (via Zoom) are available as one-time purchases and aren’t bundled into the membership tier.

Is there a community or group feature?

Not yet, by design. Community and sharing features are intentionally being held back until there’s real usage data to design them around, rather than guessing upfront. Also, we are highly aware of privacy and will get feedback from our members before designing any community feature.

Practical & Technical

What if I don’t believe any of this is real — can I still benefit?

Yes. “Suspend disbelief” is literally one of the Three Rules of Engagement. Why? Because beliefs are irrelevant with The Four Expressions practive. You can simply change any terminology that fits your background. If Divine or Soul does not fit, use some version of higher-self. Terminology and beliefs are only relevant to Brain Expression.

Can I use the practice for something not yet covered by a Target Practice?

Yes — the Core Practice questions are general enough to apply to any area of life. The Target Practices simply offer sharper, pre-written questions for specific situations.

Is my journal data private?

Your Epiphany Journal entries are private to your account. For your eyes only.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
